I understand that Sunbelt Packaging Company's minimum order quantities are 200 gals on any sauce, dressing, marinade, or salsa which is approximately 1600-2000 units depending on bottle size. Our minimum order quantities are 500 lbs for any custom spice blends which is approximately 1300-1600 units depending on bottle size. Our minimum order quantities are 1000 lbs for any custom baking or dry powder blends.

I understand co-packing costs vary depending on the product. Wet products like sauces, dressings, and marinades require more testing and development than dry products like rubs and seasonings. One can expect to spend $4500 – $5500 in development, testing, and production to bring their first product to market.
